Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States only.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free for orders $120 or more. Orders under $120 have a flat $15 shipping fee.
How long does it take to process and deliver an order?
Processing time is 1–2 business days. Transit time after shipment is 3–7 business days.
What is the daily order cutoff time?
5:00 PM (Central Standard Time, CST).
Which carriers do you use?
USPS, UPS, FedEx, and/or regional carriers.
Will I receive tracking?
When tracking is available, we provide tracking after shipment. Some shipments may have limited tracking updates.
Are taxes added at checkout?
No. Product prices include applicable taxes, and we do not add additional tax at checkout.
What payments do you accept?
Visa and Mastercard.
What is your return window?
Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Who pays for return shipping?
For non-quality returns, the buyer pays return shipping. For quality issues, incorrect shipment, or damage, the seller pays or it is handled case-by-case depending on the review outcome.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No restocking fee.
Are original shipping charges refundable?
If you paid shipping at checkout (for orders under $120), that fee is generally not refunded. If an issue is confirmed as our error (wrong item) or damage/defect documented within 48 hours, we will review and determine an appropriate resolution.
My item arrived damaged or I received the wrong item—what should I do?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We’ll review and advise next steps.
Can I cancel my order?
Before shipment, cancellation may be possible but is not guaranteed and depends on the order status. After shipment, cancellations are not permitted; you must follow the return process.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days after approval and returned to the original payment method.
