This Limited Warranty is designed to address items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, and it works together with our Shipping & Delivery Policy and Returns & Refund Policy.

DOA / Damage on arrival claim window
You must report items that are damaged on arrival (including visible shipping damage), defective on arrival, or incorrect shipments within 48 hours of delivery. Your report must include clear photos of:

  • The item and the issue

  • The product packaging (including protective materials)

  • The shipping label

What this limited warranty covers
Subject to review and confirmation, this limited warranty may apply when an item:

  • Arrives damaged during transit

  • Is defective upon arrival

  • Is materially different from what was ordered (wrong item)

What this limited warranty does not cover
This limited warranty does not cover:

  • Final Sale items

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Issues reported outside the 48-hour DOA window for arrival-related problems

  • Damage caused after delivery (including misuse, improper assembly, or normal wear and tear)

Possible resolutions
After reviewing your claim, we may offer an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances. Resolutions may include (as applicable):

  • A replacement shipment (where available)

  • A return and refund consistent with our Returns & Refund Policy

  • Another remedy determined through the review process

How to file a warranty claim
Email info@lissettfurniture.com, within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos as listed above.
